I’m the founder and treating physical therapist at 1 of 1 Performance & Rehab, where my focus is simple: helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing the things they love. I believe physical health is the foundation for long-term quality of life, and that no two individuals should ever be treated the same. Every plan of care is built around the person in front of me—your goals, your lifestyle, and your definition of success. By prioritizing individualized treatment, intentional movement, and meaningful progress, my goal is to not only resolve pain or injury, but to help you perform with confidence in your sport, work, and everyday life.

We treat a wide range of orthopedic injuries that affect daily life and performance, including neck and low back pain, shoulder and knee injuries, muscle strains, tendon pain, and overuse injuries. Whether symptoms are new, long-standing, or limiting your ability to stay active, our focus is restoring proper movement, reducing pain, and helping you return to what you do best.

We are a cash-based physical therapy clinic and do not bill insurance directly.
We DO accept FSA/HSA payments
This allows us to provide one-on-one care, longer appointment times, and individualized treatment without restrictions set by insurance companies. Payment is made at the time of service, and many patients choose this model for the transparency, flexibility, and quality of care it provides.
We’re happy to discuss the possibility of providing a detailed receipt (superbill) upon request for those who wish to submit to their insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
