We are a cash-based physical therapy clinic and do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide longer one-on-one sessions and fully individualized care. A detailed receipt (superbill) can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

No referral is required in most cases. Missouri allows direct access to physical therapy. Certain insurance or work-related cases may still require a referral.

Your first visit includes a detailed movement assessment, injury history review, and goal discussion. From there, a personalized treatment plan is created and in most all cases, treatment is initiated.

Comfortable, athletic-style clothing that allows free movement is recommended. Depending on the area being treated, access to the skin may be necessary for certain soft tissue techniques, so wearing clothing that allows the involved body part to be easily accessed is helpful.
